Wow, I gotta say, our room at Hotel Coconut Bay was seriously cozy! It had a super awesome flat-screen TV, so we binge-watched our favorite shows every night. The private bathroom came with free toiletries, which saved us from carrying all that stuff. Plus, there was a mini-fridge in our double room, perfect for keeping our drinks chilled. And guess what? The air conditioning was like a heaven-sent blessing in that Kalutara heat!

To be honest, the only thing I liked less was the view from our triple room balcony. However, it's totally a personal preference, and I'm sure others might enjoy it.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Tasty meals with fresh seafood. Helpful owner with organized trips. Personal and pleasant service. Calm beach and beautiful grounds.

The room at Hotel Coconut Bay was fantastic! It had a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, which was really convenient. I loved having my own entrance and the balcony had a beautiful view. The air conditioning was a plus too!

The only thing I didn't love was the minibar in the double room, but that's just my personal preference. Others might enjoy it!

We had a fantastic stay at Coconut Bay in Sri Lanka. The hotel is a hidden gem, located in a serene and peaceful area of the country. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even organizing a Christmas party and helping us find a doctor when needed. Our triple room was spacious, clean, and modern, although a fridge would have been a nice addition. The beach was beautiful, and we enjoyed chatting with the friendly locals. Truly a delightful experience!

Stayed here for Easter and had a great time. The hotel is located right on the beach, which was clean and beautiful. The sound of the waves was so relaxing, especially at night. The staff were friendly and provided great service. They even helped arrange a surprise morning greeting for my husband's birthday. The rooms were extremely beautiful with a spectacular view of the sea. The breakfast was quite good too.

The hotel is a bit secluded, so if you want to eat out, there are only a couple of options nearby, which weren't the best. It was a bit inconvenient to walk to the main road, especially at night as it gets very dark.

The room had a stunning view of the ocean from the balcony and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided tour guidance services, making our trip more enjoyable. The hotel also had a beautiful sandy beach with coconut palms and breakwaters, making it safe for even small children to swim.

The hotel's facilities were in the mid-range in terms of quality, lacking some amenities that luxury beach resorts offer. The air conditioning and hot water did not work well, and the TV was not functioning.

We felt like we got great value for our money and the room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff treated us like family.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the ocean. The location was perfect, just 100 meters away from the sea. The rooms were very clean and had good-sized balconies facing the ocean. The staff was friendly and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the beach was amazing. The hotel also offered Ayurvedic medicine treatments and massages, which were really good. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel near the ocean.

The Wi-Fi was poor during my stay.

We stayed at a small family-owned hotel with a stunning beachfront location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel offered delicious food and spacious rooms with balconies and ocean views. The coconut tree garden added to the charming atmosphere. The value for money was excellent. Additionally, the hotel was ideally situated for exploring Sri Lanka, with plenty of activities and day tours available.

Felt like a home away from home, with no complaints whatsoever.
